Founded in 1983 by Mr. Tosan, PT Pelangi Elasindo has grown from a small West Jakarta workshop into one of Indonesia's leading integrated narrow fabric manufacturers. Today, our 35,000 m² plant in Kalideres — supported by 900+ people and facilities across Java — produces shoelaces, elastic tapes, webbings, draw cords, and molded pulp packaging entirely in-house, from yarn dyeing to quality control. Four decades on, global brands in footwear, garment, outdoor, and lifestyle still trust us for the same reason: scale, consistency, and craftsmanship built to last.
