Responsibility
For over four decades, PT Pelangi Elasindo has treated sustainability as production discipline — not marketing. On-site wastewater treatment, controlled waste disposal, and the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) are built into every stage of our manufacturing, from dyeing to finishing.
Water treated in our WWTP returns to production. Heat is captured through exchangers and cycled back in. Internal QC and local audit staff monitor operations continuously — ensuring every batch that leaves our floor meets environmental standards we welcome buyers to verify.

Process water is treated through coagulation, flocculation, and biological stages — then returned to production. Heat is recovered via exchangers. Boiler condensate is recovered and reused. Our in-house lab monitors output quality continuously, with results verified by local authorities.

The 3R principle — Reduce, Reuse, Recycle — is applied at every production stage, from yarn selection to finishing. On-site waste disposal is managed under strict local compliance, and every process is monitored continuously by internal QC and external audit staff.

A fully equipped in-house lab runs tensile, abrasion, color fastness, migration, and shrinkage tests on every batch before delivery. Our Quality Assurance Program has been audited annually by an Independent International Audit Firm since 2013 — with modern testing units supporting all production runs.
